When do you set up the equipment?

Setup times vary based on our delivery schedule for the day. Generally, we arrive 30 minutes to 4 hours before your rental time begins. If we need to set up more than 2 hours early, we’ll call at least 24 hours in advance to confirm someone will be at the location. Rest assured, setup time does not count against your rental period.

Does the standard 6-hour rental time include set up time?

No. We arrive early to set up so you get the entire 6-hour rental time to enjoy the equipment. Your rental time starts after setup is complete and we’ve provided safety instructions.

Do you deliver, set up, and take down the rentals?

Absolutely! Our professional team handles everything:

Safety, Cleanliness & Equipment Care

Are your rentals clean and safe?

We've rented some really dirty jumps from other companies in the past. Are they always that dirty?

No! Bounce Houses R Us cleans and disinfects after every rental. If we are super busy and the inflatables have been rented all weekend, we will clean your inflatable on-site before you use it. We make it our mission to provide you with clean, safe rentals 100% of the time. You’ll never receive a dirty bounce house from us!

Are bounce houses safe for young children?

Yes! Bounce houses are safe for children when proper rules and supervision guidelines are followed. We provide:

Weather Policies & Cancellations

What happens if there is bad weather on the day of my event?

Safety is our top priority. Inflatables cannot be used in:

  • Winds of 20 mph or higher (15 mph for some items)
  • Constant rain
  • Lightning or severe weather
  • Temperatures below 32°F

We monitor weather 24 hours before your event. If there’s a 50% or greater chance of unsuitable conditions, you can cancel before 7:00 AM on your event day for a full refund, reschedule, or receive a credit valid for one year.

What is your rain policy for bounce house rentals?

If there’s a 50% or greater chance of rain during your event, you can:

  • Reschedule to another date
  • Receive a credit valid for one year
  • Get a full refund (must cancel before 7 AM on event day)

For scattered showers or less than 50% chance of rain, we recommend continuing with your event. Most light rain doesn’t affect the fun!

Can I cancel my order for non-weather reasons?

Yes, but cancellation fees apply based on timing:

  • 12-11 days before: 50% charge, credit valid for one year
  • 10 days or less before: Full charge, credit valid for one year

We’re a small business with limited inventory. When you reserve equipment, we turn away other customers, so we appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy.
